REGISTRATION
Registration Process for the 2026-2027 School Year:
1. Please fill out our Google form and indicate your first, second, and third choice (if applicable). The Google form links will be available on the following days:
Open Now - Alumni and Current Families ONLY
January 12th at 10am - New Families
2. Pay a non-refundable $25 Registration Fee. If you are a current/alumni family, this fee will be added to your Smartcare account within a few days of completing the online registration form and is due January 1st. If you have auto-pay turned on, you do not need to do anything. If you are a new family, a Smartcare account will be created for you, and you will receive an email to set up your account. Payment can be made via credit card (this incurs convenience fees of about 3% per transaction) or a direct debit from your bank account ($2 fee per transaction). You can also pay by check either mailed or dropped off. Payment is due by February 1st for new families.
3. You will receive a Confirmation Email for your child confirming the space available. Please allow up to a few weeks to receive the confirmation email during the months of December and January. If you are a current family registering a 4-year-old, you will receive a tentative confirmation by December 9th when UPK registration opens. New families registering a 4-year should register through our link so we know you are interested, but you must also be matched through Universal Preschool in order to secure a seat at Little School.
4. Pay a non-refundable School Supply Fee per child (UPK does not cover the fee). This fee covers supplies, books, administration fees, and holds your spot for the upcoming school year. This fee will be added to all Smartcare accounts by February 15th and is due by March 1st. Fees are listed below:

5. At the beginning of June you will receive a link to our Registration Packet that needs to be completed by June 15th. We will also collect Medical Forms at this time which will also be due by June 15th.
6. One month's tuition payment (this will be counted as May 2027 tuition) will be due on August 1st. First month's tuition will be due September 1, 2026. We do not collect tuition for the month of August. If your child is eligible for UPK, only families with children who are attending more than 15 hours will owe tuition.

Other Important Registration Information:
- Classes are arranged according to birthday, gender, and age appropriateness.
- Signed medical paperwork must be received by the first day of school in order for your child to start. If your child has an allergy and needs medication to be kept at school, all paperwork and medication must be submitted by the first day of school in order for your child to start.
- You will receive your teacher/class assignment in August.

These are required for every child. Forms must be submitted in order for your child to start school. Children must be up-to-date on immunizations, or an exemption form must be filed. Updated forms are required yearly at the time of your child's birthday.
