Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open as follows:

January 13, 2025 at 10am - New families

New Registration Process for the 2025-2026 School Year!
1. Please fill out our Google form and submit once registration is open. Please indicate a first and second choice. The Google form link wiIl be available on the 2025-2026 registration tab below at 10am on Monday, December 2nd for CURRENT and ALUMNI families ONLY. New families may register on Monday, January 13th.
2. Pay a non-refundable $25 Registration Fee. This fee will be added to your Smartcare account. If you are a new family, a Smartcare account will be created for you. Payment can be made via credit card (additional fees) or bank account.
3. You will receive a Confirmation Email for your child confirming the space available. Please allow up to a few weeks to receive the confirmation email during the months of December and January.
4. Pay a non-refundable School Supply Fee per child (UPK does not cover the fee) which will be added to accounts in Mid-February and is due no later than March 1st. This fee covers supplies, books, administration fees, and holds your spot for the upcoming school year. This fee will be added to your Smartcare account. Fees are listed below:

We will also collect medical forms and one month's tuition payment (this will be counted as May 2026 tuition) on August 1st. First month's tuition will be due September 1, 2025. We do not collect tuition for the month of August. If your child is eligible for UPK, this will be taken into account.

- Classes are arranged according to birthday, gender, and age appropriateness. Requests are accepted until July 1st and are not guaranteed.
- Signed medical paperwork must be received by the first day of school in order for your child to start. If your child has an allergy and needs medication to be kept at school, all paperwork and medication must be submitted by the first day of school in order for your child to start.
- You will receive your teacher/class assignment in August.

These are required for every child. Forms must be submitted in order for your child to start school. Children must be up-to-date on immunizations, or an exemption form must be filed. Updated forms are required yearly at the time of your child's birthday.
